From October 2020 until now, the price of land plots and agricultural land in the suburban districts of Ha noi and Ho Chi Minh have increased by 2-3 times due to a series of information about Standard Projects, spillover are at large construction such as buffer zones of airport, the corridor of transport infrastructure work and the border areas of emerging industrial zones.

In Ha Noi, there is a trend of many retail investors exploring and buying land plots in suburban and rural areas in the districts of Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Thach That, and Thuong Tin.

In Ho Chi Minh, buffer zones belong to the city Hoc mon, Cu Chi and nearby provinces Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An and Tay Ninh.

 

For provincial land which is the agriculture segment, there is an issue to notice that converting into land that can be used as other real estate is not easy and requires planning and time. During Covid 19 outbreak, this segment land is not as strong as the land plot of buffer zones.

To be compared with the other real estate segment, land plot and agriculture land segment are still very "hot", especially in localities with planning as well as projects. This is an eternal product, and the value is always increasing, it is only a matter of time and scale.
