On September 23, 2021, the project of Song Viet Complex - The Opera Residence was officially restarted after more than 2 months of suspending construction to carry out the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic as directed by the Government.

Song Viet Complex Project - The Opera Residence Thu Thiem is invested by Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company (belonging to Son Kim Group), located in functional area No. 1, Thu Thiem new urban area, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City. In which, Hoa Binh is the contractor for the construction of Lot 1.17 - The Opera Residence with a scale of 3 basements, 5 podium floors and 2 towers of 20-storey.
