Thus, you need to know how to transfer money to Vietnam, especially, to buy properties.
In general, you have three options when making payments:

NOTE: recommend you to give them a call or send them an email before you go to Vietnam to see what they have to offer and to clear all questions.
2. Check international bank in your country does it have any branch in Vietnam and transfer your money directly. There are big four international banks in Vietnam Standard Chartered, Citi Bank, HSBC, Shinhan bank that can help you to do this.
3. Transfer money (VND) directly to the seller. Please note that any the red bill and receipt related to business in Vietnam that exceed USD 5,000 you need to declare when entering or exiting Vietnam.
